Fort Wayne Pet Food Pantry's mission is to
keep pets at home with their families!

We provide pet food at no cost to pet owners who are
struggling financially and cannot afford to feed their pets.

 Economic reasons account for approximately 25% of the pets that are surrendered by their owners to local shelters. Over the course of a year, this could add up to several hundred animals.

We believe that by providing free pet food to those in need, we will be able to:
  • reduce the number of animals that are taken to the shelter
  • reduce the number of animals that are euthanized due to overcrowded shelters
  • preserve the loving relationship that pet owners share with their pets
  • relieve people of the emotional stress of not being able to provide for their pets

We distribute pet food at H.O.P.E. for Animals Spay/Neuter Clinic.
The address is 1333 Maycrest Dr off of Lake Ave just west of the Catholic Cemetary. MAP
Distributions are every other Saturday from 11:00am - noon. Our pet food distributions for 2013 will be:
    January 12 & 26
    February 9 and 23
    March 9 and 23
    April 13 only
    May 4 and 18
    June 1, 15, 29
    July 13, 27
    August 10, 24
    Sept 7, 21
    Oct 5, 19
    Nov 2, 16, 30
    Dec 14, 28

be available each time.
